Ambrosoft wants to make sure that Gregor users get the most out of the optimized XSLT performance enabled by this new approach to compiling XSLT. While we do not typically create stylesheets ourselves (and recommend some of world's finest XSLT experts to help with XSL design), we are interested in all aspects of the whole system performance. Even if a given transformation was to be performed in exactly no time, resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth, latency) could well be wasted before or after the transformation proper.

XSLT performance tuning

We analyze customer's requirements and system architecture to identify potential performance bottlenecks and suggest ways to remove those. Gregor is only one, although critical, part of the whole system performance. The gains from transformation optimization can easily be lost in other parts of the system.
